Acrisure Mortgage, LLC and homebuilder DRB Group announced the formation of DRB Mortgage, a mortgage joint venture designed to bring in-house financing options directly to buyers in DRB residential communities, the companies said Wednesday from Orlando, Florida.
Acrisure Mortgage, which ranks among the nation's top 25 residential mortgage lenders, will provide the lending infrastructure and expertise behind the new venture. The partnership is structured to streamline the homebuying process for DRB customers by pairing home purchases with dedicated financing under a unified framework.

Joint ventures between national lenders and regional homebuilders have grown increasingly common as builders seek to differentiate their offerings in a competitive housing market.
